Hi Tie Bungee Attachment Unit All-in-one adjustable length strap attached to a heavy duty elastic cord system includes everything you need to tether your horse to the HiTie™ Arm. F eatures: A halter clip on one end, hook and loop system on the other end, with a bungee cord between them. The hook & loop connection is designed to break free under heavy stress for the horse's & trailer's safety. You can adjust the degree of tension and decide at what point you want the hook & loop connection to come open & free the horse, in case of emergency. The length from the HI TIE arm metal loop (where this product attaches) to the metal halter clip, adjusts from 67" at the shortest to 90" at the longest and includes a 52" length of bungee cord in the middle. The nylon straps are 2" wide. The two adjustment clips are made of flat powder-coated steel. The halter clip is a 4" bull snap with a swivel attachment.Black only. Show more
