It combines especially well with green or black teas and with other herbs such as peppermint, rosehips, spearmint, linden leaf and lemongrass. Directions To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately. Suggested Uses Make a hot or cold tea, alone or blended with other herbs. Also try it mixed with a juice (such as cranberry), lemonade or sparkling water for a refreshing spritzer.
