Three sizes and an easily adjusted slouch level make this a very versatile hat pattern. The tea: Hibiscus tea is an infusion made from the sepals of the rosella flower. Without sweetener it can be a touch tart with a cranberry like flavour, this tea is delicious served hot or cold and is drunk the world over with a wonderful array of names.
