I grew up holidaying in the snowy mountains, both in winter and summer, spurred on by my parents love of bus hwalks and skiing amongst the snow gums and wild rugged landscape. My dad took loads of photos on film in the 70s on expeditions in the back country, some of which have inspired this latest series titled High/Low.In creating ‘High’, I wanted to convey the incredible amount of colour that can appear and change as the sun moves across the sky, and as the shadows get longer.
