It was inspired by one of our founder’s trip to Bali, where he was drinking a mango and passionfruit mocktail. From there, High By The Beach was born. Blending mango, guava, passionfruit, and grapefruit for a fruity essence, I introduced notes of white chocolate, vanilla, and sandalwood for creaminess, complemented by a touch of rum for a luxurious finish.
