Inspired by our global travels in search of the finest botanicals, Edinburgh Gin High Mountain Tea is a classic dry gin distilled with a unique blend of tea leaves, hand-picked from the highest mountains of Taiwan. Considered some of the finest teas in the world and prized by tea connoisseurs, they impart an aromatic and floral aroma to the gin, with a rich flavour and a creamy, almost milky texture. Rosehip and White Mulberry compliment with a fruity sweetness, whilst Assam Pepper brings a smoky earthiness reminiscent of black tea. We have added Black Cumin for a soft spice, and a citrus note from fresh bergamot peel, chosen for its association with Earl Grey.
