Comprehensive seminar for your high school athletes that dives into all things nutrition and hydration, teaching them how to properly fuel themselves for performance. Set aside some time for me to come visit your school to meet and present for your athletes. As a strength and conditioning coach who works with a variety of high school and college athletes, this is something that is commonly neglected that has a tremendous impact on their performance and abilities. I break down high level information into a comprehensive, fun and interactive way that they will be able to understand and take with them to make immediate changes that will have a positive effect almost immediately. As a competitor myself (strongman) I have to take my nutrition and hydration seriously year round or I will not be able to recover properly and make the progress that I'm after. All of the information provided are things I put into practice myself on a daily basis that are proven effective from more people than just myself. Other topics within the package that can be included: mobility training, form breakdown on major lifts, setting up an annual training plan for your school/sports team. I am passionate about helping educate young athletes on the importance of nutrition, hydration and strength training, as these are all things that have had an insurmountable effect on my life as an athlete. All of this information is important for everyone, including non or retired athletes. I want them to understand that this is a lifelong journey, and taking care of these things shouldn't stop once they are done competing.
