Throws Club is off-season training that builds athletes using drills, specialized lifting, and throwing reps. Spots are limited to 8 at our discretion and fill up quickly! All Thro ws Club sessions run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00pm to 5:30pm. Athletes are not required to complete all three blocks. Athletes MUST complete Waiver and Orientation forms prior to training (see below). Throws Club fees are $600 per Block and must be prepaid via cash, check, or Venmo. 2026-2027 Throws Club Schedule: Block 1: September 2nd, 2026 through October 23rd, 2026.
