Choose between high temperature cheddar (diced or shredded) or mozzarella (diced) cheese. One bag (2.27kg) is good for approx. 60lbs of sausage. One case (2.27kg x 2) is good for A pprox. 120lbs of sausage. Case option to mix & match (ie. one bag of cheddar & one bag of mozzarella) NOTE: this is a fresh frozen product and is not returnable. When placing your order for shipping, keep in mind that it is not shipped refrigerated. Cross country shipping may require additional or express shipping - especially during the warmer summer months.
