Because they are more powerful they c an carry longer hands. This high torque clock movement is designed for hands up to 17 1/2" long! This movement measures 2 1/8" wide x 2 3/4" high x 1" deep with a shaft diameter of 7/16". This movement is ideal for dials up to 3/8" thick.
