This blend brings together five smallholder producers from the highlands of Huehuetenango, Erick Perez, Ader Recinos, Antonio Martinez, Tadeo Lopez & Cruz Perez. This is where limestone soils, high altitude, and dramatic temperature swings create the conditions for exceptional cup quality. Varieties including bourbon, caturra, villa sarchi, and gesha are carefully processed — fermented and dried by the producers themselves, capturing the full value of their harvest.
