The intercom must first be installed, connected to a reliable internet service and correctly added to a Hik-Connect account. Install and configure the door station and indoor monitor. Connect the intercom to the property network using Ethernet or compatible 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Create or sign in to a Hik-Connect account. Add the intercom system to the account and enable the required call and notification settings. Test video calling, audio and any connected door-release function before handover.
