Hinge Template. For hinge mounting plates with a 5mm Hole.Simply line up the centre of the hinge on the cabinet side and place a pencil mark. The side of this jig can be used as a square to draw a line.Line up your pencil line with the centre of the jig and drill either the 37mm from the front edge ( standard Hinges) or for blind Hinges use the front holes to drill 21.5mm from the front edge.It has a rubber grip that sits just high enough off the bottom of the jig and when you place a little pressure it wont slide around ensuring your holes will be perfect.It also has a metal sleeve to protect and align drill bit.I have been using these templates for the past 2 years for my own cabinetmaking business and they have held up beautifully, which is why I'm starting to sell them, along with a 2mm version for screw on hinge plates.Please note that these items are made by me to order and may differ slightly from the picture shown.Everyone loves a little Festool green but if you would like a different colour, the colours available are Black, White, Red, Blue, Grey, Green.
