HM Complex: Detoxification support Our HM Complex promotes healthy detoxification from common, mild, environmental heavy metal exposure. It also supports antioxidant defenses. The modified citrus pectin in HM Complex can bind to low levels of heavy metals that the body can eliminate as waste, but it doesn't appear to have this same effect with other minerals, including calcium, magnesium and zinc. Other important ingredients in this formula include sulforaphane, from broccoli sprout concentrate, for detoxification and protection against oxidative stress (an imbalance of free radicals and antioxidants). It also includes chlorella, which has a long history of traditional use in detoxification support, especially in helping to regulate common heavy metal exposure.
