Creative Wellbeing for Clarity, Calm & Connection A little space to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters to you. Life gets busy. Sometimes we need a little space away from daily demands to notice how we are actually feeling, what we need and what we want next. This free Hello Neighbour launch is a relaxed introduction to Create Your Next Chapter. Through a gentle arrival practice, an accessible hands-on creative experience, optional reflection and friendly conversation, participants will experience the approach without pressure to perform, explain or share anything personal. The final part of the morning will introduce the Term 4 series and show how the weekly program builds on themes such as feelings, needs, strengths, boundaries, support, change and direction. Come for a cuppa, meet people from your local community and enjoy some meaningful time for yourself.
