Brushless Power The factory-installed brushless outrunner motor is compatible with affordable and common 2S 300mAh rechargeable Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries. It’s more powerful and efficient than brushed motors, which gives the Apprentice STOL S the power to fly in winds that other ultra-micro and mini-class trainer models can’t typically handle (up to 5 mph). Capable Gear The oversized tires and steerable tailwheel make it possible to taxi, take off from and land on a variety of surfaces that are impossible for most models of this size to handle. From the grass surfaces found at many parks and sports fields, to gravel paths and paved surfaces.
