Share Options: Whole Share: ~160 lbs | $800 deposit, $1,350 totalHalf Share: ~80 lbs | $400 deposit, $700 total How the Process Works: Pay your deposit to reserve your share, then we'll help you select your animal and submit cut instructions to our trusted USDA processor. We typically schedule harvest dates several times during the season once you place your order we will reach our and let you know your dates. Processing takes 3- 4 weeks (including bacon and ham curing), after which you pay the remaining balance and pick up your pork at our farm or before shipping occurs. We handle all coordination with the processor – you just choose your cuts and collect your premium pork.
