Hōjicha is what happens when you roast green tea. The heat transforms fresh, grassy leaves into something warmer and deeper. Nutty, caramel, with a natural sweetness that doesn't n eed anything added to it. Made from first harvest Yabukita leaves grown on mountain slopes in Shizuoka.
