In this program, you will not be treated as a “case” or just a set of lab numbers. We look at your full story: stress level, sleep quality, trauma history, relationship with food, perfectionism, chronic fatigue, and how all of this reflects on your body — then we design the plan around you. Intermittent fasting guidance only when it is appropriate for your health status and nervous system — without pushing the body into extremes. 2) Holistic lifestyle, nervous system, and energy-balance work A sleep routine and practical steps to improve deep sleep and nighttime recovery. Simple stress-management and nervous-system regulation tools that can be applied in daily life. Suggestions for gentle movement and breathing exercises suitable for your ability and condition. Gentle work on body energy balance and “energy centers” through breathing, posture, movement, and supportive sound frequencies when needed. 3) Advanced lab test interpretation included in the program After the first 1:1 consultation, we determine the most suitable list of lab tests for your case, such as essential vitamins and minerals, inflammation markers, thyroid markers, hormones, and more depending on need. Clear and simple interpretation of your lab results, connecting the numbers with your symptoms and personal story. Precise adjustments to nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle based on your lab profile, not general advice. At the end of each month, we review updated lab results if available and adjust the plan according to the latest changes. The cost of the lab tests themselves is not included in the program fee and is paid directly to your local laboratory. 4) Intensive follow-up 5 days per week Follow-up through Telegram 5 days per week, from Sunday to Thursday. Daily support window: From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Makkah time (GMT+3), approximately equivalent to 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM New York time (EST). During these hours, we respond to your questions and messages, review your notes about hunger, energy, pain, digestion, sleep, and mood, and adjust the plan step by step based on your body’s response. Follow-up is done through text and voice messages on Telegram. If you send a message outside support hours, it will be answered during the next support window. 5) Monthly 1:1 sessions with Deya Ayed Three deep sessions via Zoom or voice call during the program, each lasting 45–60 minutes. A detailed review of progress, obstacles, lab results, and nervous-system load. Strategic adjustments so the plan fits your current season of life, not an unrealistic “perfect version” of you. 6) Educational support and mindset transformation Access to Alooketo educational materials related to your case. A clear framework for understanding how metabolism, gut health, hormones, sleep, stress, and energy interact in your body. Gentle mindset work to help you shift from “fighting” your body to cooperating with it. How does the process work? After completing payment through the website, you fill out a detailed online health intake form. We review your case, then you book your first 1:1 consultation with Deya Ayed. Based on the first session, we determine the needed lab tests, which you complete at your local laboratory. Once the results are ready, you receive your personalized holistic plan and begin the 12-week journey. Throughout the program, we use your feedback and monthly updated labs to update the plan in a way that supports your nervous system instead of overwhelming it. Important Notes This is a fully online program — no physical products will be shipped. Coaching is available in both Arabic and English. You will receive digital booklets and nutrition plans that you can print for personal use. This program does not provide a medical diagnosis and does not replace your treating physician.
