This advanced course is designed for licensed estheticians and cosmetologists who want to integrate holistic philosophies into their esthetic practice with confidence and intention. Through a blend of Eastern and Western skin health concepts, you’ll learn how to support the skin from the inside out, taking into account emotional, nutritional, and lifestyle factors that influence the skin barrier, inflammation, and premature aging. You’ll also explore the deep connection between the mind and body—learning how chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, and emotional imbalances can manifest through the skin. Discover hands-on techniques and rituals that promote stress release, support energetic balance, and create a sense of calm for both you and your client.
