HOLO (AND YOLO)! This blanc des blancs is a beautiful straw yellow color with lots of bubbles and foam. Discreet and fine in the nose, its floral notes precede the arrival of mint and fern (yes, the plant in your Grandma's house). With it's complexity and maturity, licorice and chocolate hints are also present. The mouth brings toasted nuts and citrus alongside pear of this 100% Chardonnay. Show more
