Named for its uniquely mottled seed, which resembles the coat of the famous Holstein dairy cow, Holstein cowpeas are abundant producers of 4 to 6-inch pods, bearing up to 12 seeds each. Plants grow up to two-feet-tall and have a tendency to run, so be sure to give them space. Also well-suited for trellising. 80 days to full maturity. Each packet contains a minimum of 50 seeds.
