Our Deafmetal holster is the silicone fastener that is needed to attach all Deafmetal USA jewelry. These holsters work for all RIC, BTE and behind the ear CI processors. Made out o f flexible silicone, these gently slide over the bottom of your hearing device and has a tiny hole at the end of it where you can connect your jewelry. Whether it is a retention cuff or jewelry with a clasp, the jewelry connect onto the end of the holster and then attaches to the ear.
