Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat and locally grownflaked oats. Primary fermented with a mixed culture which includesa blend of Brettanomyces strains. We refermented this beer with250g/l of the first of the 2026 harvest of Scottish strawberries,grown approximately 24 miles from the brewery. These strawberrieswere added to the beer within one week of harvest to provide thefreshest most intense fruit character possible.Brewed in collaboration with Black Kite brewery in Hong Kong, wedecided to add a cold infusion of Nanling Mountain Milk Oolongtea. This is a AAA grade of the Iron Goddess Oolong tea, grown inFujian province China, and presents a unique creamy milk tastealong with notes of orchid. Show more
