Instructions Directions for Use Easily to regulate your bowel health by adjusting the amount of tea you drink every day. You are making an Infusion - do not boil the tea bags. Use Energized Water for best results. Start with one tea bag and 12 cups of hot water, best heated on stove or flame. Do not microwave your water. Cover and let sit overnight (minimum 4-6 hours).
