Our dedicated workshops team takes you through the mechanics of pulling great espresso at home: grinder calibration, dose and yield, extraction time, and the water-to-coffee ratio that changes everything. You'll practise steaming micro-foam milk to café standard and taste your own shots, starting to build the palate for what a great espresso should taste like.
