Our signature gin - A modern Australian gin made from our slow fermented, triple distilled sugar-sorghum spirit and infused with traditional and native botanicals, including heirlo om citrus from Pechey Homestead. The traditional botanicals include: juniper, coriander, cassia, orris root, liquorice root, ginger, star anise and rose petal. These are combined with kumquat and grapefruit from our heirloom citrus trees, along with native botanicals: lemon myrtle, anise myrtle, mountain pepperleaf and wattleseed.
