It's got some tuning restrictions to keep it emissions-compliant. If you're street driving in California or any state with emissions testing, get the CARB Legal version. If you're racing or you're in a state with no emissions testing, get the Race version. Dual Calibration Storage FlashPro stores two tunes at once. You can switch between them without needing your laptop. That's useful if you've got a pump gas tune and an E85 tune, or a street tune and a race tune.
