This is summer honey that we've bottled from our own hives in Thornleigh, Sydney (for batch notes see here). We have hives, a bee nursery and swarms that have been saved at our urb an farm in Thornleigh, plus other sites along the Larool creek and in several back yards in the area. Our valley is perfect for bees. Because of the high rainfall, our vast supply of eucalyptus and acacias and the abundance of local gardens, there is nectar for bees throughout the year. Show more
