This is a jar of the Welsh honey we use to make several of our meads. As with most Welsh multi-floral honey's, this has a deliciously sweet honey taste. It has been passed through a course filter so it still has all the natural added benefits of the pollen and other organoleptic delights. This is a Welsh honey so it will naturally set with time. The setting process can be sped up if the jar is stored in a cold place. If it has set, you can make it runny again by placing it in a bowl of water in a saucepan of water and gently heating it until it reaches the desired consistency.
