Golden honey is the classic you know and love. Light, golden, and sweet it goes great with everything. The bees get their pollen from all the natural wild flowers in the area to give the honey a complex and delicious flavour. The texture of raw honey is butter-like with plenty of soft tiny crystals. Raw honey contains bee propolis that has a variety of scientifically proven antibacterialas well as antioxidant properties. Raw honey is collected straight from the honey extractor. It’s completely UNPROCESSED, i.e. unfiltered and unheated honey.
