Naturally blended by bees in the field in early autumn, our high-country field blend is dominated by Beechwood Honey-Dew and Manuka with touches of clover, thistle and daisy. This honey is slightly runny in texture - perfect for pouring and dressings. Sourced entirely from the upper slopes of Mt Somers Station in the Mid Canterbury Foothills.
