This is a replacement rudder only for Hoodoo kayaks. The rudder features a spring-loaded design that allows it to retract when the deployment rope is pulled or if it contacts an un derwater object, then automatically return to the deployed position for continued steering control. Standard Blade RudderThe standard blade provides reliable tracking and responsive steering. Comes stock on: • Impulse 105 • Tempest 120P • Blackfin 120P The Element 100S can be outfitted with a rudder for steering purposes, but additional customization is required.
