Our beginner division offers the perfect chance to experience a breed-show-style weekend without membership or ownership requirements—just great competition at a budget-friendly cost. 🎓 DIY Youth or Amateur? We’ve got you covered! Enjoy free clinics, demonstrations, and exhibitor socials designed to help you learn, grow, and connect with like-minded horse enthusiasts. 🤠 Trainers & Coaches? Bring your entire barn! From first-time exhibitors in your lesson program to seasoned competitors, all levels of horses and riders are welcome in an encouraging and educational environment. 🏆 Experienced exhibitor? Join us for an extra weekend in the ring without breaking the bank—plus, don’t miss our jackpot division for a chance to take home some cash! Our team is hard at work creating a fun, welcoming, and affordable weekend. While no show can be everything to everyone, we’re confident the Weekend Roundup has something for exhibitors of all experience levels. Note that all bookings are subject to HST (13%) which will be added in the cart. Refund Policy: The refund policy where Ontario Quarter Horse Association is responsible for the stalls: No stalls will be reserved without payment (either by e-transfer or credit card payment) Credit Cards are authorized but not yet charged at the time of submission. Cards will be charged within one week, upon confirmation of your order. No shavings will be pre-ordered without payment No hookups will be reserved without payment No refunds on stalls after July 1. Some extenuating circumstances will be considered with a veterinary certificate In the case of any refunds, an admin fee of 3% of the total booking will be held back to cover costs.
