This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease HOREHOUND CANDY Horehound Marrubium vulgare: 12 teaspoons Sugar: 2.2 pounds Water: 3 cups Peppermint Mentha ×piperita essential oil: add to taste Directions: Simmer the herb in water until 2 cups remain. Add the sugar and simmer again until thick; stir occasionally. You can check with a candy thermometer to reach the “hard crack” stage. Add the peppermint essential oil and pour into a greased pie dish. When cool place in the refrigerator and cut into squares.
