DIAMOND DISC FOR FAST INITIAL SHARPENING The standard diamond disc is pre-installed on all HORL ® sharpeners. You can use it to grind knives of any hardness efficiently and give them a high-quality sharpness. This is ensured by its extremely durable block diamonds. CERAMIC DISC FOR AN EDGE FREE OF BURR After using the standard diamond disc, the ceramic honing disc removes any burr and refines the grinding result. Its integrated grooves remove grinding dust from the blade and in this way ensure a smooth edge. 20° GRINDING ANGLE FOR ROBUST SHARPNESS The 20° grinding angle ensures a long-lasting sharpness for everyday use on sturdy blades such as European chef's knives.
