This hormone panel is designed to assess your eligibility for hormone therapy and determine the appropriate dosage for you. It consists of comprehensive lab tests that go beyond th e standard ones. We recommend getting this panel twice a year. You can purchase it here and we will contact you to schedule an in-clinic lab draw. *IMPORTANT- the initial consult fee is $200 (one time cost) at time of appointment.
