The No.830 DESIGN & DETAILSThe No.830 is our exclusive, vintage inspired "long wallet" offered with our without the 18" brass chain. It is precision-cut with steel dies and 100% hand-sewn with old-world, traditional saddle-stitching construction and premium waxed Spanish thread, entirely in our San Diego, CA factory. The edges are sanded, polished and waxed and each wallet is marked with the item number and the month it was built. The inside includes six card slots (each can hold up to 2 cards) a full-length bill slot and a 6" brass cutout zipper pocket that opens to the full length and width of the body. The No.830 is a true heirloom quality wallet that will live with you for decades. GENUINE HORWEEN® SHELL CORDOVAN & HORSE STRIPSThis version is made from a combination of genuine Horween® Shell Cordovan leather and Chromexcel® horsehide strips. The outside body and front card slots are cut from Horween's most recognized and sought-after leathers, Shell Cordovan. The inside zipper panel/pocket is cut from Horween® horsehide strips and This is the section that rests just above the “Shell” or horse butt. The strips are tanned alongside Horween’s Shell Cordovan for the first 45 days, these strips have a combo chrome and veg tan, which is then hot stuffed and finished as Chromexcel.
