[M] This sport of 'Moonlight Sonata' is part of Van Wade's series of Indian tribe introductions. The rounded, lightly puckered leaves are white centered and edged by a rippled, wax y blue margin. By mid summer the blue margin turns green and the entire, leaf becomes quite glossy. Hosta 'Cherokee' blooms in late summer with large, lightly fragrant, near-white flowers.
