When using place into sleeve and apply to the desired area until comfort is achieved. Hot Application:Place in the microwave (without sleeves) and heat for 10-15seconds (700 watt microwave). If desired temperate has not been reached continue in bursts of 5 seconds. Place gel packs inside of sleeve prior to application. Please note all microwaves are different.
