Place the insert only flat in the microwave (not folded or bunched). Place a microwave-safe cup of cold water in the microwave alongside it – this helps prevent the wheat from drying out and keeps things safe. Heat for up to 1½–2 minutes on medium heat (600–1000W microwave). Shake or turn halfway through to ensure even heating. Allow to cool fully before reheating. Once heated, return the insert to the cover and snuggle responsibly.
