The Hot Shield is a patented, highly flame resistant face protector designed by firefighters for use in all wildland firefighting operations. Offers the extreme protection against burns to the face/neck with the added benefit of blocking and reducing the inhalation of smoke & ash particulate. The face and neck protector mask is constructed with multiple layers of black CarbonX material which is inherently nonflammable to over 2600 degrees Fahrenheit.
