Our gentle fermentation and distillation accentuate the delicate, fruity flavours in the spirit. Matured in specially treated red wine casks, American whiskey casks and Oloroso sherry casks to develop our spirit’s signature body and sweetness. -Our whisky makes a big impression with the smallest footprint. If you don’t have a long spoon, try using a chopstick, then screw the lid on nice and tight. To serve, pour into heat safe mugs and check it’s not too hot before drinking.
