This easy-to-use KV fence tester is compact and functions without requiring a ground stake. It displays the voltage of the fence with a 10-stage LED indicator, capable of showing up to 10,000 volts. Operates from 2 x 3v CR2016 lithium batteries (included) To perform a voltage test, simply press the large red button once. It is important to ensure that the contact area on the back of the fence tester makes contact with the conductor material. To achieve this, hold the broad metal strip on the back of the tester against the conductor material and then press the button. You will receive feedback regarding the quality of your voltage.
