The first blend developed by Good Hit Coffee Company, a seasonal combination of North and South American coffee beans that has been designed around easy drinking. Whether its filter based, espresso or moka pot, the house blend will give you a smooth brew that works well with or without milk. How we brew it: Moccamaster. Coarse grind 80g per litre. Served black if it’s the first cup of the day, or with a dash of milk if we are reattacking for the third or fourth time. Espresso: Dosing 20-22g with a ratio of 1:2-2.5 in a cappuccino, latte or flat white. Tasting notes: Cocoa, toffee, stone fruit and spice. Roasting: On the lighter side of medium. Please note: coffee beans need to degas prior to being ground. If you order ground coffee we may need a couple of days to ensure that your fresh coffee is ground in its optimal flavour window if we don't have any readily available.
