Our Top Selling, most used spice! Kick up ordinary salt and pepper with this all purpose blend of kosher salt, fresh ground rainbow peppercorns, garlic and fresh ground chili flake s. It may seem simple, but behind the scenes there's a lot of love that goes into making it! Hand infused, I grind the peppercorns and chili flakes, 6oz at a time and add them to the kosher salt and garlic pepper. Then half of it is re-ground to give it texture and then hand infused so every bit of it is blended together. A case of this amazing blend takes over an hour to make!
