Our House Made Cured and Smoked Salmon are made using only oceanwise Salmon and frozen immediately after slicing to preserve the freshest taste and texture. We cure our salmon in h ouse with beats, dill, and coriander seed giving it a fresh summer taste from the dill with hints of warm earthy tones from the beats.
