In this self-directed video series, you and I will each design a fantasy house for film or video games. Though I’ll explain my personal process and methods, it’s not about copying my design - the focus is your project. Much of my game industry concept art experience revolves around environment and architecture design - I just love the stuff. This series gives me an opportunity to share some of that excitement with you. Don’t expect a painting tutorial. Instead, I’ll provide a design challenge for both of us to tackle, and then document my progress. The process includes both traditional research and sketching, as well as 3D modeling and digital painting. All along the way I keep the focus on you, not me.
