Upper floors. Roof coverings. First-fix stage, including electrical and ventilation installations. Plastering. Second fix. External works. At the same time, your trainer will highlight the responsibilities of inspectors and risk surveyors in ensuring high quality homes are delivered, and how recent regulation changes have changed that role.
