30 Day Returns You have 30 days after receiving your shipment to request a return to the manufacturer. To be eligible for a refund To be eligible for a refund Your shipment must be in the original, un-opened packaging, in new, un-assembled, un-used, re-sellable condition, with no fuel added. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Assembled items cannot be returned. Shipments:Shipments can be returned to the manufacturer for a refund, less a 20% restocking charge and all actual original outbound shipping. Customer must arrange for, and pay for return shipping. The shipment will inspected upon receipt and may incur further deductions from any refund. Shipments that have been uncrated, assembled, partially assembled or operated may not receive any refund. To start a return, you can submit a Return Request. If your return request is accepted, please contact a freight company and ship your item(s) back to the address provided.
